This is a quick version of yummy Oatmeal for when you have little time! Start with 1/3 c oats and 2/3 c water in a bowl. Microwave for 1 minute. Add 2 egg whites, microwave for 1 more minute. Stir, then add 1/2 tsp cinnamon, couple spoonfuls applesauce, splash of vanilla and a drizzle of your favorite sweetener. (I added 3 drops stevia.) Top with your favorite nut butter (I used cashew butter), sliced bananas and a few more sprinkles of cinnamon. 🍌😋
