Breakfast kinda looks like dessert?? Yummy!! Got this recipe from @cleanfoodcrush and so glad I did. It's a #glutenfree #dairyfree oatmeal crust topped with whipped coconut cream, frozen berries and mint. For the crust: -1/2 c gluten free oats -2 Tbsp almond or cashew meal -1 small mashed banana -1 Tbsp nut butter - 1 tsp ground flax - dash of salt - few dashes cinnamon (optional) Mix ingredients and form into 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick circle. Bake on parchment paper in 375 oven for 8-10 min. Then flip carefully and bake another 5-7 min on other side. Let cool and top with your choice of toppings.
